尖沙咀真係太多野食平時諗唔到通常都係行去厚褔街搵野食不過今次走咗過黎寶勒卷見到依間稻乙日本料理 由於我懶唔想諗就叫咗個Omasake 試下依到既廚司既手勢 首先第一道係真蠔當中已經有酸汁係上面鮮甜爽口 大隻飽滿跟住既係針魚干 當然依啲係佐酒小食跟住黎既係刺身 有一個鮫鰈魚薄切刺身配酸汁 薄身連埋平貝一齊上 貝身好硬淨 好有咬口黎緊既係活燒鰻魚 應該真係原條活燒 因為連骨一齊燒埋 所以小心有骨呀 黑豚西京燒 平時食開西京燒都係銀雪魚 依個比較特別 黑豚咬口十足味道剛好 點埋醬更能提岀豬味天婦羅盛合炸蝦天婦羅好大隻 配上蘿蔔蓉 剛剛好魚湯稻庭烏冬魚味十足 濃郁香氣 烏冬滑溜
