the maisin texture was dope- super chewy & it was served by a metal pot tht kept the bowl hot when served, portions were huge!!!!!! we were soooo full afterwards. soup base wise the vine pepper one is rarely seen & super unique , like a 酸菜魚soup base. while the sour & spicy soup was on the mild side, we prefer it to be stronger; tomato soup was subpar, its too light like 甘大滋tomato powder was added….for the toppings we liked the dumplings & the handmade vine pepper chicken balls tht had an interesting texture. speaking of the snacks the chicken wings were rly crunchy w juicy interior - so nice tht u can order half portion for alm all the snacks so u get to try more/ share w ur frds!
