Restaurant: 五月星牛肉麵

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 到處覓食,又怕商場餐廳要排隊,就去工廠大廈搵吓。今次見到openrice 都多人讚好就嚟試吓。見價錢唔貴一叫就叫咗好多嘢食。滷肉飯滷肉肥瘦均勻味道還可以,飯就硬咗少少,但飯多滷肉少。刈包口感豐富即叫即做所以等候時間較長。入面有花生,酸菜同埋滷肉。雖然好多人推介,但刈包要配埋滷肉飯一齊叫,唔多吸引。招牌紅燒牛肉麵牛肉夠冧入味,麵底有咬口,湯底濃鬱帶有微辣,配合酸菜連湯食麵味道不錯。肉鬆起司蛋餅外脆內軟有芝士味,味道均勻唔會太鹹,好食。蚵仔煎口感唔會太實,中間啲脆口嘅蔥花,配上上面嘅辣醬有台灣風味。總括而言,有台灣嘅味道,而且性價比高,值得回頭再試。
