To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每逢放假下午必定到渝酸辣粉吃鐘水餃。 水餃裏有豬肉， 味道是甜甜的， 帶蒜蓉味， 是我很喜歡的一個北方菜式。 第一次吃的時候覺得味覺很有衝擊，因為沒有想過水餃會有甜甜的味道， 自此就愛上了，每次來這裏都要叫。我通常也會叫一碗麵， 試過了擔擔麵 和燃燒麵。 一般來說我都是吃小辣因為這裏的小辣已經很強勁， 但這裏的辣很有香味不是死實的辣， 而是有帶辣椒香的辣。另外有個有趣的觀察， 每次十二點來的時候總有些韓國遊客，看來連遊客也被這小店吸引了。
