今日和舊同學相聚於西灣河碼頭對面的一間美式西餐廳,海風吹送,氣氛悠閒自在,坐足一整個下午毫無壓力。午餐選擇豐富,跟餐湯 / 沙律和飲品。我點了手撕燒烤豬肉漢堡($148),配上芝士、椰菜沙律和熱辣辣的薯條,份量十足,椰菜沙律同豬肉絲好夾好好味。朋友們點了慢煮鴨腿($168),鴨腿嫩滑,配菜有香腸和扁豆,味道層次豐富。還有菠蘿火腿水牛芝士薄餅($118),甜鹹交融,令人驚喜。一個人未必食得曬。坐到下午茶時間我們又加碼,試了醬燒豬肋骨($78),三條肋骨肉質入味,是招牌菜果然不負眾望。秘製香料脆雞翼(+$20)則外脆內嫩,香料微辣,咬下去還會爆汁。朋友用來送啤酒(+20),正!
