To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟到美中鴨子當然必叫佢地嘅北京填鴨😋平日入座率唔算高 唔使等位都直入而樓面姐姐服務態度都好好 唯獨係上菜時間較慢 涼菜好快上到 但主菜(填鴨同鴨肉香菇炒飯)要30-40分鐘先上菜🥲- 烤北京填鴨 (半隻)烤北京填鴨上菜較慢但好足份量 二至三人食都合適用嚟包填鴨嘅皮夠薄身 青瓜亦都清脆值得推介😛- 鴨肉香菇炒飯呢個炒飯一般 普通正常味道 飯粒都夠煙靭 但不會再試- 三里橋酒醉雞醉雞作為涼菜十分適合酒味香濃 滲哂入雞件入面雞件亦都啖啖肉 可以一試😋😋
