To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最差既美心中菜

星期日，諗住同家中老人家出去食下飯。朝早打電話問有冇得訂唔答，叫我5:30walk in, 5:40去到話full 晒，咁我問下要等幾耐啦，又唔答。仲話佢叫我5:30黎，而家5:40分啦喎！擾樣完一輪，俾張4人檯我地5個人坐，呢樣冇問題。7:30前還檯都冇問題。坐低嗰刻開始我以為自己去左大排檔，服務同美心中菜既價錢完全唔成正比。聽到我唔要湯就黑面，點菜點完第一樣要咩，隔左10秒左右再講第二樣，個阿姐話：「等陣，講慢d，我寫唔切」唯一服務好嗰個係埋單時笑晒口既店長。總括黎講係我食過最差既美心中菜，令我忍唔住要寫comment!!! 食物方面比較鹹，但還算正常及可接受。大家要選擇呢間翠園既話就降低期望啦，唔可以同一般美心中菜比，可能比美心低檔次酒樓既服務更差。
