To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最好食是菠蘿包

成日經過但人太多，所以都冇食。今次黎食下午茶，試下佢最出名既菠蘿油。菠蘿油 $11菠蘿包的外皮十分脆，吃時酥皮不會掉落。包亦十分煙韌，包裏的牛油香而且大塊。但個人認為只吃菠蘿包會更好味。西多士 $20外表的蛋漿有蛋味而且不厚，可惜內裏的花生醬略嫌不足，只是多士中間有少量花生醬，而且麵包吸滿了油，吃時油膩感高。凍奶茶(少甜) $20點了少甜版本仍然覺得有點過甜，但甜味並沒有蓋過茶底的香味，如能再減甜，應不失為一杯好茶。凍檸茶(少甜) $20可能因為有檸檬片，中和了甜味，茶底感覺和奶茶的不同，有少苦澀味。
