Restaurant: Wing Hing Ice Room

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日午餐,第一次嚟食,我畀食物負評,飲品好評。飲品係茶走,甜度剛好,有茶香,順滑。食物係鮮茄焗吉列豬扒意粉,豬排炸得幾好夠味同少少脆,意粉質地係OK,但嗰汁絕對係敗筆!!芝士得一千零一小滴,汁係無味,食埋舊蕃茄就知咩料,原來用錯茄,加埋蕃茄洋蔥洋蘑菇似無炒香過,又無乜茄膏,真係淡如水!完全一啲茄味都無!呢個應該係近年嚟食過最失敗嘅紅汁意粉!我食完醒起點解我一坐低,侍應推介我食泡菜湯… 因為唔駛點調較味道。
