Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

曾經我同屋企人很喜歡食大都烤鴨，幾乎每個月都會食一次。今日再食就有少少失望了，鴨唔係好夠熱，亦都冇咗當初識嘅感動🥲 又超級好食變咗好食咁另外我哋仲傻更更咁，叫咗個魚翅花膠炒蛋，識落其實真係冇乜特別，睇個名已經估到食係咩味😂😂😂冇失望冇驚喜。另外加咗一個集菇炒鴨殼，都係正正常常啦👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻可能真係期望大，失望就過大。我哋諗要過一段長時間先再俾機會佢啦，到時睇吓會唔會翻桌啦！希望到時有改善，可以成為返我哋嘅最愛！！
