晚市不准堂食前的最後一晚,特地外出吃了一頓宵夜。雖然來到居酒屋吃東西,喝酒才是正道,但一來我不好酒,二來第二日還要早起上班,便與老婆仔一樣,兩人分別點了「巨峰乳酸梳打」($48)和「蜜桃乳酸梳打」($48)喝,兩杯梳打都算大杯,但味道就略嫌稍淡,不夠濃郁。「極上鹽燒牛舌芯」($98)軟腍嫩滑,最宜下酒,我雖沒喝酒,也覺好味。「厚豆腐」($38/兩件)平實無華,真的就是兩大件厚身的炸豆腐,外脆內軟,是另一道簡單的酒肴。「三重芝士吉列千層豚肉」($228)是這兒的招牌菜,厚厚炸漿藏著的是多塊被黏黐芝士包覆,堆疊在一起的豚肉,貨真價實的芝士可以拉出長得誇張的絲。這招牌菜雖然味道鹹了點,但確是特別,假如第一次來的話,必定要點來一試,下酒吃,一流。過了這晚,全港食店晚上六時後便不得堂食了,不知道要到一天,才可外出開懷吃宵夜呢!
