To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不是第一次吃華星,這裡的食物就如澳牛的倒模般,餐牌都不用看,常餐選擇總是離不開炒蛋多士、牛肉湯意和熱奶茶。「常餐」吃膩了,想有一點新意,這晚試了每日 6 點至 10 點 30 分供應的「冰室風味」- 乾炒意粉及鮮茄燴意粉 (單拼 $36、雙拼 $39)。先來的是乾炒豬扒意粉,連骨豬扒大大一塊,預先已切得細件,肉質軟腍的挺好吃,幼身的意粉則連同洋蔥芽菜同炒,夠入味又有鑊氣,不期然想起,兒時很喜歡黃埔萬有街市 (現已變成美食坊) 內熟食檔的干炒雞扒意粉,雞扒煎得皮脆肉嫩的,配搭惹味炒意粉,真是一絕!鮮茄牛肉燴意粉又是另一風味,華星的牛肉向來嫩滑,番茄也下足一個的份量,鮮茄汁不會弄至杰撻撻的,味道亦勝過最近吃過的旺角民華。吃至一半,才知道這意粉原來可配炒蛋/煎蛋,立即加 $3 叫炒蛋另上, 這次炒蛋回復水準,沒有上趟吃到的碎濕,配以鮮茄燴意粉,味道更搭,下次唔使獨沽一味吃常餐啦!
