大蔥醬油鍋膳$480
呢間餐廳嘅鍋膳比較特別,有三款選擇,分別係大蔥風味鍋、昆布淸湯鍋同壽喜燒,店員建議下選擇了大蔥風味鍋配A5日本飛驒牛,一開個瓦煲,就聞到大蔥嘅香味,原來真係有好多大蔥,仲有一大盆飛驒牛同蔬菜,仲有烏冬添,飛驒牛油花平均,入口即時溶化,先放蔬菜,水滾後再慢慢加飛驒牛,食吓牛食吓菜,最後就係烏冬,個烏冬吸收晒個湯,好好味,份量大,如果係細食嘅女仔可能一個餐再加些小食都足夠

蒸籠料理 $250

其實呢個餐响我哋食嘅時候係仲未有嘅,係店員問我哋有無興趣試吓,有新嘢,當然試啦,一個正方形木盒放滿咗飛驒牛,下面放滿新鮮昆布同洋蔥,要蒸10分鐘,配合個柚子味酸汁,好特別,我覺得比sabusabu嘅牛仲要腍,啲昆布同洋蔥仲吸收晒牛肉味
