招牌極上牛柳三文治,依個價錢黎講真係冇得輸❗️兩塊薄麵包夾住厚切牛柳,而兩塊麵包都烘得好香脆而且唔乾唔硬😍,而
牛柳睇落雖然好似煎過左小小,已經唔係呈粉紅色,不過食落都唔會乾或者「鞋」,而且仲保持肉汁,配上自家制醬汁,酸酸甜甜真係有加番分,性價比高❗️🥰🥰

每款牛有2塊,唔好睇好似好小咁,其實每款食一塊到最後都幾飽咖😂❗️9款牛之中,我最中意和牛板腱同和牛橫膈膜,和牛板腱油花少但分佈均勻,肉質軟嫩有彈性,香甜多汁。和牛橫膈膜肉與油脂交織呈現黃金比例,肉質鮮嫩又帶有嚼勁。🥰🥰

依個丼係最後先黎,飽飽地嘅狀況下見到依個咁澎湃既富士丼,真係當堂嚇咗嚇😂😂份量驚人😂😂慢烤西冷佈滿成個飯,肉質軟腍,有半熟玉子加上沙律醬同黃芥末醬,雖然冇醬汁,不過都唔乾,不錯❗️👍🏻
