早幾日嘅半周年紀念日午餐唔係咁完滿,所以趁今日嚟食餐更好嘅補祝返。慶祝呢回事點可以冇酒,而呢一間居酒屋喺埋酒方面都幾得意。因為佢會將啲酒分咗唔同嘅價錢,而喺嗰個價錢入邊你可以自己揀一支你鍾意嘅,就唔似的其他地方餐廳入咗乜嘢酒就只有嗰幾款選擇。然後佢呢度嘅presentation都幾靚,唔係傳統嗰啲Sake酒樽,而係一個靚靚嘅分酒器,再加兩隻精緻嘅杯,成件事係儀式感滿滿。食物方面,我哋叫做個明太子芝士蛋捲。呢個真係好足料,面頭鋪咗一陣明太子嘅醬汁,然後用鐵板上可以保持個熱度。然之後切開中間嘅芝士係可以拉絲嘅,最重要嘅係中間都有滿滿嘅明太子,芝士加埋明太子味道啱啱好,唔會好鹹。然後我哋今晚都叫咗半打鐵盒蒸蠔,可能因為個size細咗少少,所以佢哋補多咗一隻。佢除咗有兩支辣嘅醬汁俾你點之外,仲有一個佢哋自己秘製嘅辣椒醬,檸檬同埋芫荽俾你做調味,其實咁樣食完全食到蠔本身嘅鮮味,真係好正㗎。跟住呢一度有一款叫炭燒雞都係好特別,因為食落去係真係有炭燒嘅味道,而啲雞嘅肉質都比較爽彈,再加埋佢呢一個特別嘅辣味膏,成件事好特別。然後製作呢一個餸嘅係會有一個專責負責嘅廚師,我哋咁啱安排咗坐吧枱,所以可以睇到

然後製作呢一個餸嘅係會有一個專責負責嘅廚師,我哋咁啱安排咗坐吧枱,所以可以睇到佢嘅表演,其實成件事真係色香味俱全。

佢嘅size真係一隻手指公咁大,而味道係比較清甜啲,口感就係腍身啲,佢用咗日式燒嘅方式,係值得一試嘅。

跟住就係呢個拖羅大根卷,完全冇諗過大根卷會係醃製咗嘅蘿蔔粒,因為佢呢個嘅拖羅會將佢變成蓉,所以呢一個蘿蔔粒嘅作用就係令到佢個口感出現返,爽爽脆脆帶少少鹹味,成件事都好夾。

最後就係呢一度好獨特嘅燒魚,佢呢一個方式係真係喺日本嘅漫畫先會見到,將條魚插住喺爐邊燒,所以都幾花時間㗎。而外面只會加少少鹽嚟做調味,所以係食到佢最原始嘅感覺。

我諗香港人都會好少咁樣食魚,所以我哋都有啲無從入手。職員見我哋好疑惑都有走過來教我哋點樣食。原來係要將啲旗同埋頭尾拎開咗先,然後就可以喺中間抽條骨出嚟。跟住剩返嘅連埋內臟都可以連皮食。因為佢燒得好乾身,加埋少少嘅鹽,所以個皮都幾好味。而個魚肉亦都好嫩滑,同埋好鮮甜,而且一啲都唔會柴,好正。
