成日都好鐘意去掃街, 而掃街既地方一定要數到太安樓, 之前去過一次, 但只食左好少野, 而且啲小店愈開愈多, 所以今次去到都食左幾間野食! 其中一個好想食既野就係焦糖燉蛋雪糕班戟($32)啦!
一直bookmark左係我既to eat list度! 其實之前食過一次佢地既木槺布甸班戟都覺得不錯啦, 佢地既味道選擇係幾創新既~ 所以今次都想再食!

其實依個焦糖燉蛋班戟係日本係大熱架 但我上次去就無食到... 依家香港都有得食就好爽啦 食落燉蛋好滑 焦糖吾會太厚而令佢太甜 剛剛好唷! 一啖咬晒燉蛋同班戟皮係一種享受~ 班戟皮幾煙韌,好好食!又夠薄,口感好好! 下面既雪糕我揀左薄荷曲奇味,我幾鐘意喎! 不過下面個段就會融得比較快~ 下次去可能都會再encore~
