先叫咗鹽燒大海蝦,成隻蝦超大隻,燒到殼微焦,剝開蝦肉雪白彈牙,擠兩滴檸檬即刻醒胃。跟住上雜錦天婦羅,三隻大蝦勁爽口彈牙,南瓜切厚片甜軟,番薯薄切脆口,冬菇多汁,茄子吸咗少少油但唔膩,粉薄得嚟炸工穩。熱辣辣咬落去,配支冰冷清酒,超夾。最抵係有啤酒放題可以一路食一路飲。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
