今次幫襯了一家紅磡的日式串燒店,性價比高,點了4款串燒加1款小食,都出色。呢碟叫做"名物"岩鹽燒手羽先,其實即係燒雞翼,肉質嫩滑而且又燒得夠乾身,唔怪之得係推介串燒菜式啦。呢碟叫做"人氣"南蠻汁燒日本冰豆腐,都係推介串燒菜式之一,又真係唔錯,D冰豆腐吸收咗D南蠻汁,幾好味,清清地唔洗全部都係肉。呢碟係燒豬大腸,燒得外脆內軟,煙煙韌韌咬下咬下都幾好味。呢碟係燒菠蘿,菠蘿外層有薄薄一浸蜜糖燒到好似脆皮咁,呢碟係咁多樣野食之中最好食。小食就試咗豬耳,佢呢個豬耳唔係平時切成絲嗰D,而係連住小小豬頭肉的,口感同味道都唔錯。
