Restaurant: 源成興大排檔美食
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早餐依家嘢天天都要食，香港人其實要求的简单，吾系餐蛋面，波蘿油就系腸仔蛋，做得好吃其实應該吾太難。但吾系每間食肆都用心做好。今早幫襯街市茶檔来個沙爹牛肉出前一丁麵加腸仔煎蛋。出来吾夠熱，食落吾覺系出前一丁。湯無沙爹味，牛肉一般。蛋同香腸做得好求其，賣相吾掂，非常失望，但都要收三十多塊錢！如果你系一個用心经營嘅檔主或㕑師，你會如何煮一份好吃嘅早餐来满足你的客人，我相信這完全跟不上厨藝或成本關係，只欠一字記之若“心”！
