今日適逢一田大減價,記去左mikiki 掃下貨,之後朋友提議不如去附近食埋晚飯,有一間出名既食潮州菜打冷餐廳,二話不說就去左搵位啦!爆晒場,我地等左一陣先有位!充滿住潮位打冷風味特色,開左壺茶飲,仲叫左2支汽水解一解喝!澄海鹵水鵝$98: 打冷當然要食番碟鹵水鵝,汕頭澄海最出名就係鵝,鵝肉皮薄肉嫩,給陳年滷水煉得琥珀晶瑩,入口順滑,果然係餐廳招牌菜式!普寧浮豆腐$68: 普寧盛名出產豆腐,平平冇奇既炸豆腐切開加入韮菜一齊食,豆腐肉好鬆化,酸酸地易入口,十分特別既食法!魚湯蜆$78: 超鮮甜既魚湯浸蜆,蜆肉大大粒好豐滿又冇沙,仲有粉絲墊底做配菜,轉眼間已經飲晒d魚湯!避風塘炒蟹$398:店員極力推薦既菜式,果然冇介紹錯,帶點微辣既避風塘炒蟹,用蒜片炒得好甘香,就是辣椒的香氣都能炒入蟹肉中,而螃蟹🦀️殼都有經過敲碎處理過,讓整個料理更能入味;把蟹殼剝開後,就可以看到美味豐滿既蟹肉,炒得好乾身、好彈牙鮮甜!讓人吃完蟹之後仍啜指回味😋😋😋+++++++++++++++如果大家喜歡💕我寫既食評,麻煩比個❤️鼓勵一下我,我會寫更多更好既食評比大家!😊
