To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟太湖海鲜城楼上楼下，又都是基本相同的菜式，所以就用他俩对比一下。太湖海鲜城是一家比较典型的港式茶楼（海鲜酒楼），而潮江春有比较强的内地风格，感觉偏新派广府茶楼，装修风格要新很多，也要fashion很多，偏暗色调，商业宴请性质更浓厚一些；就餐具的选用来说，潮江春比太湖海鲜城要“高端”一点，太湖海鲜城是厚一点的白瓷餐具，潮江春是薄一点的带花纹的餐具，味道嘛，都差不多，挺好的，应该还会再来。
