Restaurant: Dim Sum Library

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早排同朋友去咗 Dim Sum Library,一間主打創新點心同中菜嘅高質餐廳,裝修型格又帶啲上海復古 feel。雖然個名係叫 Dim Sum,但都唔係傳統茶樓嗰啲,佢哋係將經典中菜同點心玩融合創意同擺盤美學,每一道菜都好似藝術品咁樣~點心都好精緻。必試精選:石鍋葱香鵝肝和牛炒飯用熱辣辣嘅石鍋上枱,炒飯底部會煎到微脆,焦香十足!重點係入面有嫩滑和牛粒,油香同肉味完美融合,每一啖都超級滋味,係奢華版炒飯!黑蒜燒賣呢款真係好有創意,將傳統燒賣加入黑蒜,味道即刻升級!黑蒜嘅甜香中帶微酸,中和咗豬肉嘅油膩感,食落好開胃又唔會膩。燒賣外型仲保持得好靚,賣相同味道都一流!花膠魚湯津白花膠滑溜溜,膠質豐富,配上清甜嘅津白,再加一碗濃郁到不得了嘅魚湯,飲一啖已經感覺到暖入心。完全係可以養顏又滿足嘅一道菜~除左價錢有點貴之外,Dim Sum Library既環境同食物質素都幾唔錯,如果有野慶祝都值得一黎。
