To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近年北京烤鴨醬料既搭配都愈黎愈多變化,小編之前試過有藍莓醬、爆炸糖、蜜糖芥末,而依度既醬料都非常創新,除咗基本既烤鴨醬、白糖,仲有黑松露醬、黑椒醬、紫蘇忌廉同西莓柚子醬😱小編最鍾意既係紫蘇忌廉,雖然聽落好奇特,但食落味道同鴨肉最搭😛

一份北京烤鴨會配上青瓜、大蔥、餅皮,要注意餅皮只有12塊,夾鴨既時候不妨貪心啲多夾幾塊😏餐廳既餅皮做得非常出色,非常薄但又夠韌唔易爛😆烤鴨外皮泛起油光,食落皮脆肉嫩,夾上各種配料一齊食實在係味蕾既享受😈小編覺得依道烤鴨既味道同精緻程度對比全聚德實在有過之而無不及👍🏼

魚子醬魚卷係當日既廚師推介,廚師將燻好咗既魚卷起排列,表面再放上魚子醬,再加上少量金箔同一撮綠葉作點綴🌱依道菜真係做得非常之fine,每一件魚卷只有比一個硬幣大少少,對於只叫咗一道前菜既我地,食完就更加肚餓了😭魚肉有煙燻既咸香,有平時食煙燻三文魚既味,而魚子醬既鮮甜令燻魚味道更為突出🤓

係眾多既主食入面揀咗依碟金沙海鮮炒飯,對佢充滿期待😗到上枱既時候見到佢既外觀同用料都相當樸實,海鮮只有切咗粒既魚同蝦😫咸蛋黃佈滿咗每粒飯粒,做到粒粒分明既效果,食落有啲沙既口感,亦兜咗菜芯同蔥令口感更豐富😼但相較其他菜式,依碟炒飯比較遜色,未有驚喜之處😿
