To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢一間台灣餐廳已經黎過幾次,但第一次寫食評。以前過嚟都好鍾意呢一度嘅裝修,充滿住復古嘅味道,利用唔同嘅懷舊裝飾同擺設營造成個氣氛。另外,餐廳嘅空間感都非常之大,枱與枱之間嘅距離都好充足,唔會俾人感覺好逼夾今次嚟到,就係試一試佢哋嘅午餐套餐,咁我分別叫咗佢哋嘅茶燻雞烏龍茶漬飯($78)同養生清燉牛肉麵($65)。首先個茶漬飯係配咗烏龍茶,味道都好香濃,另外個雞都好入味,有好濃郁嘅茶香散發出嚟!而且啲雞都好滑如果你覺得啲雞唔夠入味都可以配合個芥末醬另外個牛肉麵都唔錯,份量都好足夠,牛肉都好柔嫩,湯底都有清香嘅牛肉味!

首先個茶漬飯係配咗烏龍茶,味道都好香濃,另外個雞都好入味,有好濃郁嘅茶香散發出嚟!而且啲雞都好滑
如果你覺得啲雞唔夠入味都可以配合個芥末醬
