To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這日在IFC地庫的添好運吃個簡單晚餐。8點多到達竟不用等位,太開心。由於想吃點'飯',點了款新推出的蒸飯土魷肉餅飯。另外亦試了同樣是新推出的鮮蝦菠菜餃,和這店的招牌點心酥皮焗叉燒包。土魷肉餅飯($25)的肉餅質感很好,吃起來有肉汁和土魷香,飯亦蒸得軟硬適中。好吃。鮮蝦菠菜餃($18)的體積比相像來得巨大。蝦肉配菠菜,爽甜又清新,可惜稍微偏鹹,整體味道算很不錯。酥皮叉燒包($18)熱辣辣,香甜美味的飯後甜品。由於這裡9時收鋪,仍在吃的時候看到店員已開始收拾地方和到各枱請人客先埋單,不過食物出品水準保持,沒有因為趕收工而亂來,讚!
