To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時晚飯時間在將軍澳中心經過時常常都有一間中式食肆門外站滿人,沒錯!就是美中鴨子!所以今次特意在七點前試一試,因為七點前入座不用排隊。這間食肆食物種類多,價錢也不算太貴人均消費100至200到。坐位少許迫,卡位較坐得舒服。可能因為待應較少,服務有少少不足。PS: 建議一入座便要先order一碟鴨子先!因為繁忙時間要等45分鐘至60分鐘才上碟!除非你打算做飯後甜品😆立刻開始食評吧!這碟是北京炸醬撈麵,是我吃過所有炸醬撈麵之中最好吃的一點,建議一上碟後立刻與醬汁攪拌,否則麵的質感會下降。80分生煎包皮薄而且脆脆地,皮內浸滿大量肉汁,要小心慢慢吃。70分小籠包這個反而普普通通,沒什麼特別。60分賽螃蟹熱烘烘的蛋白加上一絲絲蟹柳的點綴,Prefect!90分!到了全餐最重要的鴨子!皮脆肉嫩,加上醬汁口感一流!難怪每晚都有有那麼多人在店外等候入座!90分!
