星期日成班人去呢間經典嘅醉瓊樓開餐,叫咗一圍全家歡套餐,總共七餸一湯加甜品汽水啤酒。先來鴻運灼蝦,好大隻蝦好爽口,點埋豉油,好有口感好味道。跟住飲咗胡椒白果豬肚湯,胡椒辣辣地驅寒,呢度冷氣都算夠,啱晒,豬肚煮”林”幾好食。跟住有時果西檸鴨,酸酸地好開胃,鴨好軟熟,唔會炸到好多粉,薄薄的。跟住有個梅菜蒸鯇魚,好大條鯇魚呀,蒸到啱啱熟,好鮮味。嚟到醉瓊樓最緊要食鹽焗雞,呢隻雞好大隻,我最鍾意食雞胸肉好大舊,好入味,點埋沙薑汁,真係呢度招牌菜,無得頂。跟住京都骨大腸,京都骨,酸酸地,完全唔靭,大腸好脆好香口,翡翠炒雜素,清清地,食啲菜幾好。最後一個腰果炒肉丁,炒得好有鑊氣。最後食個綠豆沙,估唔到呢度啲糖水都煮得幾好,大家吹下水食咗個幾鐘散水。
