一碗好食的拉麵有三個條件,第一,湯要夠熱但又入到口,第二,湯味要夠濃,第三,麵質要剛剛好,呢間拉麵全部中哂
至於叉燒,我自己比較喜歡偏瘦,不過佢提供嘅叉燒應該啱大部分人口味。
我哋仲叫左個小食芝士魚肉條,雖然唔係太大驚喜,但都唔錯。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme").
