To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原味/抹茶雪山梳乎厘(Original/Matcha soufflé) $88/98佢係有原味同抹茶味可以揀,咁作為抹茶控當然要試試佢嘅抹茶味梳乎厘如何啦!-外觀嚟講,佢完全係可以震懾全場嘅注意,因為佢有成A4紙size咁大,大概可以預3-4個人食,真係睇得又食得呀!-味道方面可以食到佢三層唔同既質感,所以層次感滿分,接住等我再逐層講下先。首先,外層焗到金黃色既蛋白變得煙韌,面頭灑左啲抹茶粉,唔算太多所以分別唔太大,但點都好過冇哈哈🙊然後就會食到中層既蛋白,軟綿綿得黎唔係入口即變空氣嗰種,所以唔會好快就塌晒扁晒。佢既蛋白好香又唔會太甜,爸爸平時唔鐘意食甜品,但依次都食左四份一呀👏🏻蛋白部分食多左都會悶,依個時候就輪到底層出場喇~ 你見到綠色嗰part就係好軟熟既抹茶蛋糕,抹茶味出得黎亦唔會太甜。-因為個梳乎厘太大好似食極都唔完,所以將佢底層既綠茶味同中層既蛋白味隔住食就唔會覺得太寡太悶喇,我相信依個係綠茶相比起原味既優勝之處👍🏻
