Restaurant: 源成興大排檔美食
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙爹豬扒炒丁，不是説笑，足足有兩三個麵餅。丁麵炒得夠香夠散，每條都能沾上醬汁。連骨豬扒本身夠大塊，碎上也有六大件，而且醃制入味，鬆軟可口。這一帶食肆，除了卓記以平到笑的價錢作招徠之外（最平為$4），原來士美菲路市政裏面的源成興亦不遑多讓。碟頭飯只賣$20-$22，而且沒有將貨就價，做的都是足料豐厚版本。就這個炒丁，不過是$21。雖然不是列在午餐當中，但加熱飲，亦收午餐價錢：$24，改大杯的話，只需多加一文，$25就能埋單，認真抵食！！另外，每張枱上都有甖蝦子醬，記住要試。雖然跟炒丁不太配，還是試吃了一點。蝦子醬鹹香中帶點辛辣，非常惹味，送湯麵一流！
