To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係中環食燒味飯真係唔平,平時食開都成六七十蚊,去酒樓食都不在話下,今日同事帶我地去試下好好味既燒味飯,呢度一個燒味飯都係五十蚊,平時同事加班或者午飯都會選擇黎食。午巿食都要排下隊,就連五點幾收工都多人買,要排隊,不過大多數都係買外賣食,通常成隻咁買。我叫左個四寶飯試下,平時啲雙拼都係$50,如果食乳豬飯就貴啲,大概要六十至七十,我有同事食過話好好食,我就未試過,叉燒半肥瘦,啲燒肉又唔”鞋”,而啲飯又粒粒分明。
