假日約了友人到大埔食lunch,大埔之友推介和暢金廚,主打客家菜,據聞紅棗糕及蝴蝶腩好出名,下午時段去到要等位,果然受歡迎!等緊果陣睇下簡介,原來店子來頭唔細,老闆係人稱大埔霍元甲的名廚吳永皓師傅的徒弟,有師父教路冇得輸,而且仲要係一間良心小店,必食!餐廳座位唔多,但唔算好迫,坐得都舒服,牆上掛有畫作及字畫。餐牌,假日時段都有超值套餐,$50,主菜配白飯及例湯,小食都幾平,抵食。是日例湯,四臣湯,材料有蓮子、淮山、茯苓及茨實,好足料。客家鹹雞套餐,$50。雞肉夠滑,少少鹹香,好味。支竹蝴蝶腩套餐,$50,名物之一,好奇一試。蝴蝶腩,即係豬肺裙,賣相有筋有肉,筋膜爽口,肉質鬆化又香口,食落有點似牛腩,枝竹入味,個南乳麵豉汁送飯一流。蜆介綾魚球(5粒),$22,口感外酥脆內彈牙有鮮味,不俗。家鄉蠔缽,$50,蠔味比較淡,芫茜味較重。紅棗糕,$7一件,又係名物之一,口感柔韌細膩,少少濕潤,紅棗味清香,甜而不膩,果然好味呢!陳年金桔蜜,$20,香甜潤喉。熱情果,$20,友人的。食物有水準好味,仲要好抵食,服務態度親切,仲要不收加一,原來可電話訂座,下次可以BOOK定位先,仲有好多菜式想試,下次
