To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日打完第三針,俾想像中多人,打完後已到食飯時間,穩陣之選一定喺我們的飯堂。我們用QRcode落單,發生了小插曲。必食之選的牛肉饀餅,手機顯示是售罄,所以轉點了小籠包,但我們再問女侍應,她竟然說有,還問我們要多少個。我們叫了兩個後,順便叫佢取消小籠包,她說因QRcode落單,不能取消,擾攘了一會,她最後晦氣地說:。。。得啦得啦,廚師整出嚟後,我叫佢氹左佢。。。成個過程給我們的感覺是嫌麻煩,唔想改,唔想幫我地取消。。。囉。另外泡菜係可以同佢講話唔要的。除此之外,其他都ok,食物還是保持水準,難怪兩年疫情,生意還能保持,每次經過都大排長龍。片皮鴨保持水準,同牛肉餡餅一樣每次必叫,唯獨上菜太快,食唔切,羊肉湯麵涼了沒那麼好吃,沒那麼香,清炒萵苣絲略貴,小小一碟耍108蚊(加一)。even so,當我們想不到要吃什麼的時候,還是會想起這間舖。
