早排我去左試荃灣開左好耐既一間潮州打冷菜館,一上去就見到擺放一列既潮州招牌菜,例如凍烏頭、滷水鵝、滷水墨魚、瀨尿蝦,風味十足。每枱都有醃製的鹹酸菜和炸魚,搭配香辣醬油,我地叫左一份蠔仔粥。份量足夠,蠔仔亦鮮嫩,沒有唔好既味道,另外有啲菜譜粒,加埋胡椒粉食完暖笠笠。跟住係蒜蓉開邊蝦,蝦新鮮大隻,肉質彈牙,下面既米粉吸收了蝦的鮮味同豉油嘅鹹香,根本停唔到。最後係翡翠炒龍躉球,依個菜因為唔夠味,稍微有啲失色,不過西蘭花都夠清脆。魚片亦外酥里嫩,點上少少蠔油,整體亦都十分不錯。
