深水埗高登附近嘅福榮街同福華街不嬲都多野食,冇去好耐,又開咗唔少新鋪,今日午餐一於去食「江南瀨粉」。午餐時間去都ok,雖然人頭湧湧,點都要同人搭枱,不過勝在空間算闊落,坐圓枱都唔會逼。呢間鋪頭主打手工瀨粉,每日由師傅新鮮製作,落足心機。瀨粉可自選各種價錢嘅配料,由$5-$10不等,亦可叫預先配好多種配料嘅大大碗鮮製瀨粉。我叫咗貢丸瀨粉,貢丸有四大粒,湯內有芽菜、韮菜,仲有另上嘅花生、芝麻。瀨粉果然係手工製作,因為每條既粗幼都有分別,食落質感唔錯,唔似一般瀨粉咁難。配埋清湯,可以食出瀨粉獨有既香味。
