To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南海1號可以話係 我喺香港最喜歡的餐廳之一原因係佢坐落尖沙咀 望住維多利亞港的景色夜晚是非常迷人放咗工 有陣時好攰 同朋友嚟呢度 食飯都會感到好輕鬆 而且景色靚到有陣時會問自己點解香港可以咁靚次次離開都會好唔捨得今次同朋友揀咗一個二人餐亦都帶咗兩支紅酒今次個餐好豐富有鮑魚帶子同埋我最鍾意食嘅泡飯呢度嘅泡飯可能係我食過全香港最好食嘅泡飯啊入面好似有啲炒米種味道有啲似我婆婆以前細個整嘅味道所以令到我好懷念紅酒價錢都算係平但係唔好有太高期望最重要係呢度嘅服務員其實都真係好有禮貌好有賓至如歸嘅感覺勁讚
