Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日未知添好運開市未,一於黎碰一下運氣。今次黎係早一陣子食個叉燒包未夠喉,今晚黎專攻食的。今夜黎見到新年後加左價,全部點心加左一蚊雞,茶位就一樣,都係兩蚊姐。咬開鬆脆薄皮叉燒包,係丰盈好濃郁既叉燒醬,肥瘦參半既叉燒塊,十分滋味吸引,真係只此一家,第度都無,如願了,首次叫兩籠,而且係一個人食曬六個,夠曬滿足夠皮了吧,所以短期內不會再來了,已經止到癮。蝦餃是傳統的大小,細細粒的,雖然不是啖啖肉,好滿意嗰種,但能做到皮涵靚也不錯,索價廿七,就有丁點跑。粉果件頭也不大,一籠三件,皮做到帶點煙un,入面的花生同“割”等亦幾爽囗,感覺較清。好久未嚐的糯米雞,不能跟連鎖那邊的大個相題並論,但勝在雞肉啖啖,已全去皮,選了夠精,冬菇夠香,而飯呢?!做得軟糯無比,老人家小朋友都可以吃,不費牙力,也不俗。

好久未嚐的糯米雞,不能跟連鎖那邊的大個相題並論,但勝在雞肉啖啖,已全去皮,選了夠精,冬菇夠香,而飯呢?!做得軟糯無比,老人家小朋友都可以吃,不費牙力,也不俗。
