今天我們舊地重遊,也是4個人,於是叫了同樣的套餐再加幾個點心,發現出品與上次的同樣出色。除了今天的北京片皮鴨有一定水準外,配菜是色香味俱全,粵式點心要特別一提的是燒賣,因為裡面的豬肉是人工剁出來的,不是用攪拌機攪出來的,因此口感特好。
本店除了出品不錯之外,裝修也有北京味道。因為樓面比較高,噪音也較少,對客人的服務也是優質。













To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
