To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋晚表妹嘅奶奶生日,我哋帶佢去赤柱行下之餘,仲去左美利樓食德國餐,老人家覺得好突別好有親切感,以往向中環嘅美利樓,現在成棟咁搬左去赤柱,仲可以坐向入邊食,話個感覺好奇妙。德國餐緊係要飲德國黑啤配芝士啦,我今次推介巴伐利亞煙肉及芝士碟,賣相值回票價;當然香腸都係唔少得,我哋叫左份細嘅拼盤,五個人份量啱啱好,如果叫大份就會太滯,食唔落其他嘢;海鮮炒飯都好食,用茄膏炒香D飯仲食到海鮮嘅鮮味,都炒得乾身;個生日蛋糕係雪糕,有點火表演,燒完有D爆谷味,香香地甜甜地,寫埋Happy birthday 字加$20,整個生日飯更添氣氛。
