成日經過觀塘呢間酒樓,都覺得佢外型好有特色,古色古香咁樣,好似好有歷史嘅一間懷舊酒樓。放假終於同屋企人去打卡試咗,食咗一啲小菜,味道都幾好。

坐低冇幾耐侍應就送上小食,呢個小食都幾特別,除咗有常見嘅炸花生之外,仲有一啲酥脆魚仔同埋炸蝦仔。我哋一路食一路揀餸點菜,好香口。

黃金豆腐
一口一粒嘅豆腐炸得外層香脆,裏面嫩滑嫩滑,炸粉薄薄的,椒鹽嘅調味恰到好處,沾上喼汁食更加滋味。呢個小食香口又惹味。

鮮果咕嚕肉
咕嚕肉肥瘦適中,炸得恰到好處,唔會太乾,但係又有少少脆嘅口感,裏面肉質鬆軟,配上酸甜酸甜嘅醬汁食,簡直係食到唔停口。配料嘅部份有菠蘿、黃椒、紅椒同埋一啲洋蔥。略嫌色彩方面失色咗一啲,可以更加繽紛,但係味道係冇得彈嘅。

乾煸蟹籽粉絲煲
粉絲煲用瓦煲上好熱,好香鑊氣,一上枱已經香噴噴,色彩繽紛。粉絲夠乾身,豉油香氣濃郁,配上椰菜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、蛋絲同埋最重要係有爆得好香嘅蝦米加上一啲蟹籽,令到個味道好豐富,鹹香鹹香,惹味惹味。
