行過荃灣,這一帶很多食肆,見到這間樓下冰室,望下門口個餐牌,主打係瑞士雞肶,紅荳冰,好耐未食過所以,揀了這間進餐。原來這餐廳走懷舊路線,裏面放了一些老香港的擺設。很大的卡位,用了中國人喜愛的大紅色。我當然點了招牌瑞士雞肶飯配紅荳冰,友人就叫了滑蛋牛柳蕃茄湯米,新鮮菠蘿冰番茄湯有粒粒番茄,不是太酸,米線覺得林咗啲但,雞蛋好滑。牛柳已分開3件上,有黑椒味,但若味道淡一點更好。炸交子 ,用韮菜餡,好似上海鋪嗰啲,點埋沙律醬,好味。餡料好充足,但記住要即食,唔係涷咗個皮會林雞比,好大隻,啲皮入晒味,連雞肉一起扯嚟食,好正。勾起童年回憶。用瑞士汁有好多汁夠晒嚟撈飯,唔咸有紹菜伴飯菠蘿冰用新鮮菠蘿,所以味道清甜,不似罐頭的糖水味紅豆冰,紅豆好林,用懷舊冰杯,甜度啱這裏是叫任何粉,麵,飯,可半價叫飲料
