平時夜晚緩步跑都見到西灣河馬頭有間日本餐廳,一直都好想試下,不過因為睇唔到餐廳入面,成日覺得佢好似會所,唔係俾我呢啲平民去。今日終於去左,而且發覺呢間餐廳其實非常優質。餐廳格調非常日本,傢私同餐具都好精緻。睇黎老闆同大廚係十分講究質素。雖然我好為食,但最近細食咗,想試多啲嘢,所以每樣野都叫一串。我叫左個前菜煙薰鮭魚乾,一堆串燒包括墨魚腸、白鱔、牛舌、蔥蒜牛肉、美國安格斯肉眼、赤雞皮、赤雞腎同鍋燒烏冬。當然唔少得啤酒啦啤酒有兩隻,一隻係Sapporo draft,另一隻係Ryujin Ozeno Yukidoke beer (尾瀨雪融)。個人覺得尾瀨雪融好飲好多。呢度仲有其他酒,不過我就無試到。先食下個煙薰鮭魚乾。暖暖地,好香魚味,送酒一流。原來串燒會有個石爐興慶住佢地。個爐無火,下面有好多久燒熱咗嘅圓石,好細心,呢種執著充滿了藝術感。其實所有都好好味,不過咁多款入面,只可以㨂三款的話,我會推介蔥蒜牛肉、墨魚腸、同白鱔。蔥蒜牛肉嘅汁同配料混合得好好,帶出左牛肉嘅香味。墨魚腸味道又係好特別,好香,好有層次。如果唔夠味,可以自己加鹽。又係另一件藝術品黎!最後食番個鍋燒烏冬。最初以為好似一般港

最後食番個鍋燒烏冬。最初以為好似一般港式日式烏冬咁,一個鍋,有烏冬,有餸,有隻生蛋。上菜個陣發現個煲係好日式,好精緻,烏冬有一塊大腐皮,湯底似係鰹魚湯。加少少葱,食落好清新。雖然無乜餸,不過我睇到大廚對日本菜嘅執著。

服務方面又係好貼心,會拎凳俾你放袋、會問你啲食物上得未。環境方面簡直一流,除左傢私之外,仲有輕音樂,感覺真係好似去左日本咁。
