To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. ，直至老公不能接受混醬的奇怪味道，通知職員更換碗碟，但職員只為他更換，我們再要求才更換其他人的碗碟，之後食完上湯浸菜膽，賣相十分家常菜（完全唔想影）菜十分老，十分難咬開，食整個碗都是水，又冇人更換碗碟，再要求下才更換，期後的炒麵味道都不錯，因為爸爸的生日接近父親節，我們一早準備自製蛋糕並請職員代放在餐廳的雪櫃給爸爸驚喜，但我們未通知職員，職員主動在爸爸面前問我：「你地仲有個蛋糕喎」
