To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前天替家人及友人慶生,特別選了這環境優雅,食物質素極高的扒房。這裡的海洋及扒都非常有名,故今次點了前菜海洋拼盤(seafood on ice) 及 鵝肝。海鮮尤其生蠔很鮮甜,鵝肝亦嫩滑。主菜點了 牛柳及這裡最特別的水牛肉眼(bison bone in ribeye)。水牛是我第一次吃的,職員介紹牠的肉質較juicy 且較健康。而我亦欣賞他們自家製的芥末,配牛排吃很配。因訂座時已說明是慶生的,只要我們點甜品,餐廳會送一片朱古力牌及有一張hardcopy 的相會送給我們。更好的是我有會員卡,全單打折,超正!這裡的服務很好,很細心的照顧客人的需要。令客人有賓至如歸的感覺。
