Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為米芝連,下午慕名而去的點心店,食完感覺言過其實,食物環境都係一般,對比其他同價格點心店/酒樓,各樣質素只屬中間水平,有負米芝連的名字環境(2/5):用餐地方好少好少,放4個點心已經無位,太窄,坐得好唔舒服服務 (4/5):店員表現正常,沒太多交集衛生(4/5):整體乾淨企理,碗碟都好乾淨,環境無異味,洗手間尚算企理,但男女同格,只有2格食物 整體(3.5/5):叫了4樣點心茶(2/5):$6/位,作為著名的茶樓,沒有龍井我覺得十分失望,最後叫了水仙,沒有茶香,一般洛神花米網紅米蝦腸(3/5):$45,隨腸附有一個洛神花醬,腸粉一上菜已經係凍,但入面仍然酥脆,不過包裹的蝦肉太少,腸粉皮仍都厚,味道一般,但洛神花醬酸酸甜甜,令腸粉加分不少,整體一般脆皮炸班蘭炸鮮奶 (5/5):$38,4樣之中最出色的點心,本身炸鮮奶已經唔常見,班蘭味更加罕見,炸皮薄,炸鮮奶 creamy,熱辣辣食,好好食!鮮蝦燒賣皇 (4.5/5):$36,一般酒樓燒賣味道,特別在於呢個燒賣頂有一粒杞子,甜甜地,為燒賣加分,另外,食落唔覺得好肥,但會有仲油香同油脂感令成粒燒賣比其他地方燒賣更香更滑酥皮焗叉燒包 (3.

總結:唔洗特登去食,沒有比其他差不多價位酒樓出色,一般水平
