To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

訂位時間只得兩個時間揀, 6:30 同8:30。我地揀左6:30。前兩日已經打定黎同我CONFIRM BOOKING, 我確認左會到, 點知出席前一日又打黎再確認。明明約左6:30, 6:26打黎問係咪黎緊, 我答係, 前往中。6:34又打黎問點解未到。點解要令到客人咁大壓力呢?到左之後, 門口個呀姐勁冇禮貌咁俾台卡我地, 相信佢就係不停打黎催問到未到未個個呀姐。環境, 真係好迫好迫.............食物, 一般, 去到後尾見到隔離台有糖水, 我就問姐姐我地有冇糖水食架? 姐姐就好X串咁答: 你俾錢咪有囉。真係貼錢買難受=[
