Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食過,諗住再去食佢著名嘅叉燒包,點知未排到入去食已經頂唔住佢員工啲態度,結果費事食到一肚氣,最後係冇入去幫襯。我哋兩個大人+三個小朋友,只講完五位,嗰位姐姐就一口回應話「只有四位!」我夠知有四人限聚令啦,咁可以分三人加兩人各兩枱嘛;於是我就同佢講分兩台,佢一句話「兩枱分好遠㗎!」我都未答,佢已經叫咗我後邊等位嘅入去。算,我照等,等咗2分鐘又再見識到佢啲員工嘅態度,叫外賣號碼遲5秒回應就鬧人。有位長者遲咗攞,就話人頭先做咩唔回應。呢位仲要係另外一個員工,可以想像到佢入邊啲員工應該大部份都係咁嘅態度。結論係食物再好,員工嘅態度差劣,咁我寧願唔食,亦唔會再去呢間幫襯去隔離嘅三星台菜食,員工態度非常好,同呢間添好運相差十萬丈遠
