今日特登出黎買野過年,又再次經過哩間批&撻了,6點幾喇,約咗人9點晚飯,哩個時間唔食又餓,食又怕飽,真係食件撻呀,都要想清楚食邊樣望下再講啦,食有餡批又太飽,甜品又唔想食,突然俾我見到個熟識嘅名,就要哩件啦,【Milk Tart 鮮奶撻】~我喺南非10幾年,除咗唐人街之外冇【蛋撻】買架,一般超級市場bakery賣嘅就係milk tart。南非賣標準size嘅milk tart大概有8吋左右吧,預咗人買返屋企切黎食的家庭裝。一般都會喺表面灑些許玉桂粉,自細屋企人都有教啦,玉桂粉有安神作用,夜晚訓覺之前飲杯暖嘅加咗玉桂粉嘅牛奶會好訓啲嘛~咁milk tart嘅味道就緊係帶甜味架啦,我地會加糖落奶茶度調味,但從來唔會加鹽的,食食飲飲關於奶嘅野,帶甜嘅味道對我黎講同常識冇咩分別 而蛋撻印象中就可以配搭唔同嘅口味囉,鹹甜皆宜~我特登講咁多就緊係有原因啦,原因就係件撻皮好重牛油味,撻皮同整蛋撻嘅皮係同一隻,牛油味其實係好動物feel的,偏油的,配合蛋就冇問題,配合奶哩種好甜品feel嘅飲品嘛,唔係話唔得,可能係我先入為主啦,我覺得奶撻應該係甜品嘅感覺,而唔係咁油膩嘅感覺囉。。。 整體味道其實唔錯的

我特登講咁多就緊係有原因啦,原因就係件撻皮好重牛油味,撻皮同整蛋撻嘅皮係同一隻,牛油味其實係好動物feel的,偏油的,配合蛋就冇問題,配合奶哩種好甜品feel嘅飲品嘛,唔係話唔得,可能係我先入為主啦,我覺得奶撻應該係甜品嘅感覺,而唔係咁油膩嘅感覺囉。。。


整體味道其實唔錯的,有新鮮嘅奶味(鮮奶同盒裝保質期長嘅long life milk味道感覺上係有分別的),撻皮亦夠鬆化,中上之作。。。但係整體 ☞感覺☜ ,對我黎講就怪怪地囉
