To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在香港仔,南記有兩家店,一般我都會到東勝道哪家,比較好坐。回想起第一次到南記食粉的我,仍穿著中學的校服,放學後被同學拉來,一個勁兒的說這家的魚露好吃,轉眼已是40年前舊事,同學們今天可好嗎?物是人非,南記的變化亦匪少,除香港仔外,分店開到全港很多地方。魚蛋、春捲粉麵已不再是主打,愈受歡迎的是她的小窩米線。由於減肥關係,有一個時期我常吃南記的魚蛋粉,魚蛋彈牙加碗米粉,湯很清很清,在香港仔算不俗,只有山窿謝記(已結業)比她還要好吃一些。要是撇開體重管理問題,我會揀選她的叉墨瀨。叉燒不是全瘦;略帶丁點肥,墨丸味道濃郁,間中咀嚼到墨魚粒,瀨粉爽口滑溜,撒一大把青蔥,就是個最佳下午茶。真是美味絕倫! 會這樣吃的人很少很少,真要介紹。南記粉麵是香港仔的老字號,這些年此類型舖頭亦買少見少。喜見她經營有道;茁壯成長。老街坊為她打氣加油!
