To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友食生日飯,今次因為齊人人多d揀左去"上海婆婆"到食,食咁多次上海野,真係未試過呢間,侍應服務幾好,每枱之間一d都唔迫,座位又坐得舒服!黃金炒飯,炒得好靚真係粒粒都金黃色,炒得好夠乾身粒粒分明,配料仲加埋蝦仁一齊炒更加金香好味! 乾煸四季豆,四季豆好甜煮得又唔會太淋又唔會油,口感好好配埋肉碎一齊好好味! 黃金河蝦仁,蝦仁都好大隻,蛋炒得好香滑,加埋d蕃茄,蔥花一齊炒食落口感更加豐富,蔥花香味十足! 紅油牛展拉麵,湯底雖然有d濃,但味道唔錯,牛展爽爽地都幾好食,拉都口感不過不失! 黑醋排骨,賣相煮得好靚仔,排骨炸得好脆香口,配料青椒,洋蔥,菠蘿都好好食,成碟都酸酸甜甜非常好味開胃!冰鎮醉黃油雞,雞皮好爽,雞肉都好嬾滑,食落口陣陣酒香味,非常滋味! 黎上海菜館點少得叫上海小籠包,不過食完先醒起冇影相,皮薄餡料多仲要好多汁! 沙蔘玉竹林燉螺頭,好足料好甜好好飲!
